Prepare to embark on an exciting journey with our Game Engineering Grad program! This 21-month adventure understands your need to explore and learn, giving you the opportunity to carve your own path. Based out of our fantastic global offices in, you'll start with 3 months of foundation training before diving into 18 months of hands-on work with incredible 2K-partnered studios like Hangar 13, HB Studios, 31st Union, Firaxis, Gearbox, and more. Here, you won't just be watching from the sidelines—you'll be part of the action, actively contributing to the iconic games these studios develop!
WHAT IS THE GAME ENGINEERING GRADUATE PROGRAM?
Our Game Engineering Grad Program is built to launch a career, not just a first job! It's a comprehensive 21-month journey where you'll transition from a graduate into a well-rounded game engineer. You'll gain hands-on experience across our incredible portfolio of games, working directly with the studios that develop them. Along the way, you'll master essential tools like Unreal Engine, collaborate on exciting group projects, and receive guided code reviews from industry veterans. By the end of the program, you'll have experienced multiple aspects of game development and be primed for a permanent role within our studios.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Passion, curiosity, and a proactive mindset are the key qualities we seek in our future engineers! We are looking for quick learners who are confident in tackling new challenges and hold a degree in a relevant field like Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics etc. You'll need strong development skills - C++ is the industry standard for video games.
HOW DO WE RECRUIT?
The process is split into three clear stages:
- Application with CV Review: Be sure to include any additional links like your GitHub or itch.io to show us the cool things you do!
- Task Stages (C++): A chance to showcase your technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Assessments will include work in Unreal Engine.
- Interview Stages: A time for us to get to know you and for you to get to know us.
