Since 2K began over 20 years ago, we’ve been creating games that we are proud of, and are excited to play ourselves. It’s because of the support of our fans that we are able to innovate, explore new worlds and new ways to tell stories. If we’re being 100 percent honest, a lot of us were fans before we started working here.

We constantly push ourselves creatively to do the best work of our careers. We want to work with like-minded game devs, artists, engineers, producers, marketing and communications professionals. We’re talking about people who can get the job done, minus the typical corporate BS and red tape. It’s a blend of the company’s NYC roots with a Northern California vibe. We’re direct, open, and you’ll probably meet some new best friends – along with their dogs – sitting nearby.

We are 30 minutes' drive north of San Francisco & just 30 minutes south of wine country.
2K’s headquarters - situated in two converted airplane hangars at what was once Hamilton Air Force Base – is an open environment in sunny Northern California. We’re a short drive from downtown Novato and San Rafael with restaurants, food trucks, farmers markets and great public schools. Walk out the door and explore Marin’s famous hiking and mountain biking trails as well as the gorgeous coastline.
